The Arctic Mullet name, logo, mountain peak design mark, and all associated product names and slogans are trademarks and/or trade dress of Arctic Mullet LLC. Unauthorized use of any Arctic Mullet trademark, trade dress, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Patent Notice: The Arctic Mullet Modular Cooling Headwear System is the subject of a pending United States non-provisional utility patent application (Application No. 19/644,842, filed April 10, 2026). All rights reserved. Unauthorized manufacture, use, sale, or importation of products embodying the claimed invention may constitute patent infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARCTIC MULLET LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
•Your use of or inability to use the Site or any products purchased through the Site;
•Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
•Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
•Any content obtained from the Site.
In no event shall Arctic Mullet LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or any products purchased exceed the amount you paid to Arctic Mullet LLC for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Product Use and Safety
The Arctic Mullet cooling headwear is designed for use by healthy adults engaged in outdoor activities. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
•The product is intended to provide comfort cooling and is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including heat stroke or heat-related illness.
•Users with pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, Raynaud's disease, cold sensitivity, or any condition affecting circulation or temperature regulation, should consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
•The product should not be used by individuals who are unconscious, unable to communicate discomfort, or otherwise unable to self-regulate.
•Arctic Mullet LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the included product instructions.
•Always follow the instructions included in the product packaging. Do not use ice packs that are cracked, leaking, or damaged.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Arctic Mullet LLC. Arctic Mullet LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Legal Notice shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
9. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Arctic Mullet LLC at info@arcticmullet.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Arctic Mullet LLC will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.
Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Arctic Mullet LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Legal Notice or the purchase of products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within the applicable jurisdictional limits.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ARCTIC MULLET LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arctic Mullet LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Legal Notice or your use of the Site, including but not limited to any use of the Site's content other than as expressly authorized in this Legal Notice.
11. Changes to This Legal Notice
Arctic Mullet LLC reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
